How many teams promote relegate at the end of the season?
It is the same for all leagues?
And which places are for ECC and Uefa?

what... of course it's not the same for all leagues... ehm, you are talking about fifa07? well, there are 27 leagues in the game and prom./rel./etc is just like in each of those leagues... would be stupid if not...

I hope it is so.... If I am not wrong in fifa 06 I think in all leagues the first 3 promote and the last 3 relegate...
And something else.
In fifa 06 I finished third in a leauge I don't rememer which league it was and it says that I've won this league!!! What was this? Is there such a think in fifa 07?

Was it the commentary? This is yet another propagating bug in EA FIFA. The commentators say its "the middle of the season" when it isnt there yet, and "final game of the season" and yet you have 8 matches left. Then it might say you won the league even. They never seem to fix it.

Of course it probably has to do with the lengths of the seasons being different from league to league, and EA is just too lazy to have scripts that account for these length differences. Typical.

Ain't necessarily so. English League Two promotes four, and obviously then relegates four from League One. The other English leagues are three up and three down, although all promotions generally feature a playoff for the final place, but the other countries (Italy, Spain, France and Germany) are a straight three up three down. Italy used to feature a relegation playoff, to decide whether 17th or 18th place was relegated, but that has gone from FIFA 07.
