Promotion and Relegation

First I want to say I read the post and in so many different answers, even confounded, because the language (I do not speak English)
Not being clear, I decided to create this topic.
My question is this. I played a whole season in a team of second division and I consecrated champion, therefore, ought to have been promoted. But, I wasn´t promoted to first and I'm still in second division.
Can anyone tell me how to modify the Compdata or cm settings so you can achieve the promotion and play first division?

i read de comp obj and ai think is good, cause reported that the league will rise 348 to 347

Are the promotion/relegation slots correct in CM?

What about the information on the League tab, in the positions to achieve objectives? Is it correct on both Leagues?

Regarding your first question if they are correct and activated.
Regarding the second, I do not understand much.
But something happened. After playing two seasons in the second division, and be in position to move up to first division, ascended. That is, at the end of the first season not ascend even being champion., But from the second season could be promoted
in short, I just dropping down promoted / relegated after two seasons and not the end of the first (as it should).

Promotion's only working after the 2nd season then. That's strange... Maybe some other setting in the competition is missing... (bottom position in the J League 1 group /top of J League 2 group perhaps?)

I can't remember but, is there any option in the Tournament options in CM like a "qualify from previous season" checkbox or something?

promotion and relegation only works when the leagues follow european scheduling.

I'll see that. Talking to regularcat, he also told me that may be because the season starts in March and not in July.

Respect to the compdata- J- league 1 / top of League 2, I understand this well written that the promotion is achieved or to relegate both as to the other league.

Edit... Perfect, regularcat. I will try to reschedule season. But I think I will make a disaster.From the CM have no problems, but since Compdata, I'll go crazy.
