Program for saving goals?

Hey, what program do you guys use to make vids of your goals to upload for youtube etc...I have a demo of fraps but each goal takes up about 30mb and is high quality image.....I need something that is lower mb/goal. Cheers!

If u have fraps (unregistered version), then u can record only 30 sec clips, to record more, buy the full version

The resulting clips are large avi files...to make a compilation, use a video editing program like windows movie maker, sony vegas,adobe premiere

You can find tutorials on youtube

You wont get small file size wen u record goals m8...you may want to turn off the sound recording to make the files a bit smaller :)
