Im playing professional, and i swear it is BS, when the CPU gets past my defense (not often) if they have a run they take it and easily slot it in the goal, or my goal keeper deflects it.

Now when i get past the CPU's defense i take the run and try and slot it in, the goal keeper 95% of the time saves it, and with this he holds it to, ive been playing the last few days but i have not seen any of my shots deflected atall they always get held, and serious good shots, seem to get saved all the time, but i BS goal from near the corner, such as a lob from gos in no probs.

Sorry im just annoyed, PS. does anyone know some tricks to getting past and having shots on goal more often, i took heaps of shots on goal in 07 with WorldClass difficulty, but with Pro in 08 i just cant get many at all :(, there must be a trick :P.

Anyway ta, I had to Vent :P

because teh shooting system is alot more realistic. for example if ur holding sprintg while taking urr shot the shot will probably be crap most of the time just like real life (shootings while sprinting in real life gives u not as strng shots ad not as accurate). also the way your player is positioned when he takes the shot is a major factor when taking a shot.

You gotta think like a real player when you are shooting. and yes i agree the CPU goalie is fing hard. and saves everythign tis very hard to score on them. and i dont like how on world class difficulty some division 20 english time somehow is as good as manchester united

me using man u vs some 20th division 1 star team (noth 20th lowest division in gae but u get my point) and they still play like they are a EPL team and 1 of the top EPL teams. when they are a 1 star team whcih is ridiculous.

my biggest beefs with football games is player run speeds. theya re so unrealistic and they need to improve that big time. player speeds are a VERY crucial part of football. Cristiano Ronaldo is so amazing becuase of his speed/pace and hwo he uses it to his advantage with his tricks etc. abut in FIFA games (and PES to) his run speed is non existant and other players are magically just as fast or faster than ronaldo when we all no C Ronaldo is the fastest player in the world or within tpo 3 at least.

yeh i guess, i think that EA didnt do a very good job on this one, there is points that i like and some i dont

1. being the goalie thing
2. having to have a seperate button to change player, wats with that all good sports game NHL FIFA (unitl now) AFL etc all use X button or the shoot button to change player, and in this version you cant, you cant even change it to ur liking you just have to put up with it.
3. also BS cpu goals, shots that are BS and yes good if they go in, but when attempted by you fail miserably, which is just crap in my opinion if you cant do it the cpu shuldnt be able to either

im sure there are more points good and bad but ive had enough for now, the next Version better be much improved or im gunna pissed :P
