Problems with Saitek P3000 ..help..please

So this is the second gamepad I buy and its getting painfull , I first plugged in this gamepad everything worked fine, then i installed their drivesr and the progrem so i can change the buttons and guess what, right analog stopped working.....i tried reinstalling..uninstalling......restarting...replugging......everything nothing helps the analog responds in the gamepad controls in the control pannel, but in the games nothing.

Please help....
