problems with RT button

Hello.
I would like to ask for a bit of help. I just plugin the xbox 360 controller in my pc, and i wanted to play NFS: Hot Pursuit. Everything was fine. Then, i remembered that i can’t play Fifa 11 on my console, because the sprint button, RT, seems to be always pressed, even when is not , and i've instaled Fifa 11 on my pc, hoping that here i dont have the same problem with the RT. I was wrong. The RT still works as if is always pressed. I recalibrate my controller (i have windows 7) but with no succes.
Can you help me, please?

I play other 5 games on my pc and 200 more on my console and the controller works perfect. Just at Fifa11 the RT button is having a problem.
