Problem with uefa cup and champions league help if it's possible

Hello i put a patch on my fifa and i have a problem with european cup:
when i finish first of trhe season or second i am in league des champions but if i win a national cup i'am the next season in champions league and uefa cup!

It is possible to don't have this problem? In fifa 07 somebody solve the problem i think for it's the finalist of the national cup go to uefa and not me because after there's lot of match and it's not relistic!

what party i have to modify i'm on pc?

Hello we need your help for an important patch the fifakulte extender ihave something that i don't say we use rhe fifa exe of fifa russia for have more things on fifa!! but i think it possible this exe put a problem? Can you help it would be very sympatic!!

And is there the same problem in the original fifa with no patch? Thanks for your answer i remember in the fifa 07 somebody solve the problem and when you were at the end of the season and qualified for the champions league you couldn't qualify for the uefa cup. Why is not posible for fifa 08?
