problem with the power bar :(

does anybody here have any idea why the power bar does not work for me???
I tried reinstalling my drivers, reinstalling the game, and even putting more and less render, but nothing happens, it's just an imagen and nothing more
can somebody help me?

ATI Pro something video card, and the drivers are all up to date, my machine is running Windows 98...

i have same problem too.
And my video caard is Ati Rage Pro.
hiryuu has same video card too.
i think video card is the reason for this problem.

also did you notice that your card isnt supported for this version of FIFA? yours is the ati rage ii in that list.
