problem with online mode

hi when I wanna start a game in online mode when teh games begin I get this message that the connection with the other player has been lost. But I get this message evry time I want to play an online game. Can sombody help me please to solve this problem? thx in advance

possibly you have installed pathces in your game
only re-installing the game will solve this problem
