problem with NEOGF!!!!!!!

Hey i have a problem : everytime when i edit head shape and save it, i got something wrong and my texture goes to unedited one. So i cant properly edit head shape
What should i do??:"

Ive got a problem too with NeoGF, if I have editted the headshape and I want to import it in an RAV file this error comes

Make click on the "?"

and read the help... when you work with the option to work with win xp you should save the imported head as ref_thename.csv before you make any change....after that you can edit the head and you must save it as thename.csv.
Example:
ref_hhead001.csv
and
hhead001.csv

I hope it solves the problem

Note: there are some problems with the importation to the head.big so be carrefull and make back ups.
