Problem with MyMyMixPatch v2 [PS2]

I can't understand, but the MyMy patch that I downloaded become with the files unknown... And when I patch on the extracted image the files of patch v2 the files is send to folder with unknown name... I need rename the files of patch or the patch is correct?
