Problem with Boot Raptor?

So I just downloaded bootraptor 1.1, then installed the 1.2 upgrade. I clicked on the bootraptor icon and started assigning boots to players. After I was done I hit "assign" and it did the whole fatbuilder thing. When I went to play a friendly US V England everybody was either wearing the white and red vapors, or the white and red total 90's. I had only assigned the 90's to Wayne Rooney and the Vapors to DaMarcus Beasley. I went back out and tried again but the same thing happened. Also Beasley and Rooney ended up wearing black total 90s some how. Im new to all this editing, any help would be appreciated.
