Problem when importing hair files using FACE raptor

In face raptor,when i opened a face file and then open a hair file,it always said"runtime error 76,path not found",this stopped my work ,how to solve this problem?
Also,when i choose "face database",it always said that"runtime error type mismatch",why?

anyways, about the fr, have you deleted facework folder, unistalled fr, restarted your comp, then installed it?
