Problem Installing Graphics Card

Ok so i thought i'd pass on my old graphics card (Nvidia TNT2 32MB) to my friend coz it aint doing nothing rotting on the shelf anyway. Her comp didnt have a graphics card earlier but had an integrated grahics thingy. Ok so i put in the graphics card & started the comp. It didnt boot & this beeping sound started coming from the CPU. After that i removed the graphics card & the comp worked fine. Can anyone tell me whats the problem? Thanks in advance........:)

BTW....the comp specs..P4 1.8GHz 128MB RAM

i guess it's just a conflict of these two cards, you should just disconnect this integrated one.

& how would i do that? Ok i know you cant be precise seeing that you dont know the layout of the motherboard but can you give me tips on what i should be looking out for?
