Problem accessing some websites, please help guys !

I'm having a problem accessing a lot of websites (mainly forums). At first when I try to enter one of these sites, I'll get an "Action cancelled - Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable. blah blah blah". And then when I refresh it the page screen stays plain with my mouse changes to "working in background" mode.
Anyone knows what's happening to me and has any idea how to solve it ? Please help me.

Don't use IE. Get FireFox or Opera.

In fact I'm using avant browser though

ah ok got it. I've downloaded and used Firefox, I think the problem is solved now thanks guys.
