i got it yesterday and had a quick run. yes, it's great...

it's amazing how different it is from PES2... in a good way, i mean.. feels like it has 100 times more possibilities of playing, running, shooting, 100 times more things you can do, deflections, passes, dribblings... it feels very "free" and "rich"... don't know how to else say it...

not so sure about the high balls, though.. they seem a bit too floaty... maybe it needs some getting used to..

well, that's more than one word now of course.. but i am excited...

one thing, don't know.. i am a bit worried.. played two quick exhibition matches last night Juve vs Milan on 5 stars...

now, i wouldn't consider myself a particularly good PES player .. rathe average... but i managed to win the second match 3:0...

when i think back a year.. i got trashed in my first 10 games... have i really gotten that good, or is it just too easy...?

Got it this morning and took it home at lunchtime for a quick go. Played 1 exhibition match, England vs Scotland and the game was incredible. 1-1 in the end 4*.

It seems that they've ironed out the bugs that were in the demo and put in a nice CL ball.

This game rocks! ive only played 1 game but it feels great. The shooting is the big difference to me, very hard.
I had a look through the player edit stuff and looked at Rooney, and he looks just like him, and I luv the face building tool, I managed to make a pretty decent Cris Ronaldo face, but of course he's in the wrong team on the game
Also the kit templates are better this year, the united home template is on so just needs a quick edit and u have a nice United kit.

hmm im getting a ps2 for xmas and this game sounds intriguing. Not sure about the dodgy replacment names for teams..how hard is it to edit that?

if someone that loves you is gifting you with a PS2 for Christmas, it's your duty to realize that gift to its fullest potential. That would include breaking in your console with PES3.

I wouldn't sweat the team names. Sure, annoying as hell at first but easily fixed. A little tradeoff for a lot of joy.
