I have a similar issue, along with the game refusing to play the chants of the team I'm controlling. I reckon this chants thing is more than a bit buggy. ;)

that doesn't work for me. i created playlist, but in >FIFA 12/custom music-chants/edit leagues&teams< there's no possibility to find any playlist (LT-RT). how could I find new created playlist?

thanks for those, much appreciated. Only problem I have now is that if I have custom chants assigned to a team, I can no longer have custom stadium entrance music to play as well for that same team. It's as if having the crowd chants as well somehow prevents the entrance music from playing.

However, I found that if I have the same custom stadium entrance music assigned to another team to which I haven't assigned any custom crowd chants, then the entrance music WILL actually play.

Surely this is a bug?? Any thoughts?
