Premier League Reserves/Youth?

Just curious to know if anybody has created the Premier League teams' reserve sides / Youth teams. I'm creating a Barclays PL B League for all the younger players to get experience in a one tier league during career mode.

They don't have to be complete teams/players, can be generic if need be.

Well, not necessarily having clubs send them there, more like starting with the players there in the first place. Kind of like how the Barcelona B team works on the game; if we want to get the players we have to buy them, even if they are a part of the club already.

We all know it's difficult sometimes when you're trying to play a career and there's players being overlooked all the time, especially when you play on a higher difficulty that you need some top stars a lot of the time. Hopefully the growth system will help these kids grow into stars.

When I made my Scottish Leagues Patch for FIFA09, I just created reserve teams as new teams which were playable in career mode, but due to the structure of the competitions in Scottish Football there was no potential for them to play each other.

I hope someone (rinaldo or another experienced db modder) can fix the career mode , i heard we can only use ea default teams in career mode.
