Posting Pictures

when i try to post a pic, i follow the instructions, but when i post, it's just blank. i browse and get the pic out, it says i gotta put a message but it still doesnt work.

what am i doing wrong?

maybe the file size is too big... or the extension is invalid? just a thought.
