Freedom of speech in Europe?? That's the first I've heard about that!

There are so many laws that prevent people from speaking out, on so many issues; particularly in the UK and Germany.
I agree about pointless threads, especially when the same people, come out with the same old crap... day after day... after day! What a co-incidence that these same people are so abusive and seemingly uneducated.

In particular, I'm talking about the puerile, EA-bashing threads and comments. Be constructive, and perhaps EA will take your comments on board, in time for FIFA 2005.

'Freedom' comes with a price- responsibility...

How big is YOUR penis?
Whenever I posted EA being ignorant, I always put valid reason :
1. Did they do anything useful for the FIFA 2003 CC ? Nope, except some rushed update.
2. Did anyone asked for a better individual teeth in the FIFA 2004 wishlist ? Nope, as a matter of fact most people asked more on gameplay improvement. And to make it worse, even the teeth in PES looks better than the teeth in FIFA 2004, and with a good gameplay ( how ironic . . . ).
3. Did they ever release a patch for the heading bug in 2003 ? Nope, despite the fact so many people asked for it, even made some of our gameplay patcher work hard days and nights to solve it.
4. Who the hell asked the kit format to be changed anyway ???
5. Have they fixed the constant repetitive GK in 2004 ? Nope, I played the PS 2 version ( one week trial ), my God, the GK are still as scripted as last year, only with more animation.
6. We asked for better database and more players` behaviour details, Danny Isaac it will be much more accurate in FIFA 2004. Then how the **** we still see a right footed Recoba and Vieri ???
7. I can`t remember anyone asking the in-game editor to be removed

The list can go on and on, but lets face the fact. There are some fanboys out there who thinks every single critism is considered an insult to their royal EA`s blood . . .

Er, I think that:

(1) You're confusing America with Cuba! We have a first amendment (part of the Bill of Rights) that protects freedom of speech which is why we don't get censorship issues like you have with your Prince Charles story and the Premiership rape scandal.
(2) In Europe, including England, you have no constitution guaranteeing you any rights whatsoever. There is no freedom you have which can't be snatched away from you tomorrow because you have no legal precedents to protect your rights. You have commercial rights (consumer rights) but no guaranteed personal liberties.
(3) In England you are subjects (to the monarch) not citizens of the country which means effectively you are only allowed voting rights on certain subjects that the current governemnt decides you may have input on and even then they do not have to follow your vote because you have no supreme court (the High Court is basically an authority with jurisdiction allowed by the government rather than a court that can curtail the government) to ensure you have a voice in matters affecting your life. The best option you have is taking something to the European Court of Human Rights which itself has no jurisdiction, only advisory powers and the option to offer you asylum in another European country if you are persecuted "unreasonably".

So, in essence, you have no clue what you're talking about. You have no rights, no freedoms, only what is permissable upon the whims of the government. You have no laws or papers to refer to that guarantee you free speech at all and you can literally be thrown in jail for breaking a gag order or posting something in a forum which you have been told not to discuss. If you published details on what the real Prince Charles story is about you could be thrown in jail.

I guess your "you'll be locked up or bombed" statement reveals your true depth of knowledge and the very likely opportunity that your mom will be bringing you cookies and milk very soon as it must be bedtime and quality time with mr teddy bear.

you got a right to complain about the game if you bought it i can say it sucks because they took away options like game speed, weather, and a bunch of other stuff that made EA sport games cool you have to complain when you dont like what you are getting or else ea will give you crap games the passing and coners are better but there is no one on one game that is what makes soccer exciting when a player fakes out an other player
