Hehe, your claim of unfairness is funny to me. First of all this is an ENGLISH SPEAKING FORUM. If you want to speak portuguese I will not stop you. Talk to one of the mods on the site about including a Portuguese forum in the "Languagues Other than English" section on this Board (go to the main page and scroll down, you will see an Espanol section). Second, you can obviously speak/write english. English is not my first language either. Why don't we all speak our first languages...we'll definitely get somewhere right?

The fact is that English is one of the international languages of the world. You speak it, I speak it, and everyone on this board speaks (albeit some in limited fashion). So when discussing topics in this forum or this board (apart from the Languages other than English section), you discuss them in English.

Guys, the_man is right.It's really cool what u'r trying to do but this is an english forum so u have to speak/write englis so that everyone understands.

I konw that it's hard(eu sou português!) to translate some things from portuguese to english( especially when it gets technical) but still imagine if everyone decides to use their own language....

In a post called Portuguese super liga 2002/2003, I think it is easy to understand what on world were talking about.
This is that part of hard work that nobody wants to have anything to deal with. Were trying to create a league from scratch, we are not planning to make a bomb or tallking about sunday night football.

This is not an interesting conversation, we are just dividing tasks and fighting about wich game to edit (JL or FE). If you want us to talk in English, fine, but I doubt we'll see many non-portuguese people wanting to help on this project.

Okay (now in English), I've been messing around with that CM stats to PES stats program, and I've made some changes. This is an Excel spreadsheet that makes PES calculations using CM data.

It seems that CM people think that we have the best players in the world, so I was making Porto and getting reeeeally fantastic players.

I've tweaked it a little so now it harder to have those special star atributes, as well as good grades (Deco is still a huge player don't worry, is just not Zidane).

I think it is best to use CM stats, so that the person who is creating the team is not acused of being parcial (please be honest on this, otherwise it won't be any fun).
I've downloaded the most recent data update (by rocky jake), that can be downloaded at soccergaming. Please do the same.

So, my point is, for those who want to edit stats (when the editor comes out), tell me your mail and I'll send the Excel file to you.
You can start using this to pass CM stats to PES format, so when it comes out, it's just a question of copying it to the editor (no matter if it is JL or FE, that is another discussion).

I hadn't mentioned it before because I honestly didn't think anyone cared about the Portuguese league, so nobody else would have been interested in reading this thread anyway....in any case, it's still the rules and more considerate to others if we keep it all English in here.

We'll write in english the things we think that will be interesting for the general readers of this forum(the ones that only speak english) and the development details will continue to be written in portuguese ok?!
We do not intend to disrespect the non-portuguese users of this forum,but for obvious reasons some things have to be wtitten in portuguese...i'm sure u all understant that!

Agora ente nós...há por aí alguem que saiba fazer a tradução dos menus? Até agora parece quase concensual que o patch deve ser desenvolvido para o F.E. numa 1ª fase e dp talvez para o JL com todas as ekipas portuguesas.

I understand what you are saying, but to be fair and avoid problems, it would be best to keep all conversations here in English. My personal opinion is that it's not that big of a deal that you guys are discussing in Portuguese, since I don't think anyone else besides you guys who are involved in this patch are really interested in reading a thread about the Portuguese league...and no, this isn't a biased opinion since I'm Portuguese myself.

Anyhow...once again, I do have to insist that all conversation be in English. That is the rule in these forums and it has to be the same for all. If you need to communicate in Portuguese, please do it in private messages or on ICQ.

Looks like the kits posted here don't work properly somehow. After saving them as bmp, in order for them to be properly imported to WEJL using WEpicturedecoder, I was given back an error message, possibly something about the bmp caracteristics.

I will also focus on the kits too, starting my work on SCP.

I already have musics and fan anthems to swap. I've already extracted the whole JL and will start swapping sound today.

Can anyone get me fan chants from FC Porto and SLB as they happen in the stadia? I got the ones from SCP from the Juve disk (the musics always start with the stadia chants) but i haven't got any from SLB and FCP.

Mauras, you cannot just copy the pics from here, not that simple.

Send me a JL bin file (any kit at all), I'll make a kit than I'll send it to you.
If it works properly, I'll make a tutorial.

I've already made Porto and Sporting spreadsheets, as soon as the program comes out (it is ment for tomorrow), is there someone interested in copying the data to the game?

There will still be missing players appearance (hairstyle, height).

De qq forma chik estes kits não devem estar 100%.

Por exemplo fazes as mangas todas direitas. No local onde tens as mangas devem estar tanto as mangas compridas como as curtas, senão dá erro.

Existe um tutorial de kits bom no site brasuca do WE que explica mto bem estes ficheiros. Dá uma vista de olhos em:

É assim, há uma coisa que me está a deixar preocupado. Há pessoal concentrado no JL e outros no FE. Isto assim vai dar confusão.

A) Create an image file from the original CD
Load the image with CDMage
C) Extract the biggest .AFS file
D) Load the .AFS file in AFSExplorer, and extract the graph files you want to modify
E) Use WEPictureDecoder to edit the graphic files
F) Use AFSExplorer to insert the edited files into the .AFS file

Open the ISO, .cue file
click on the filedata.afs file
click in Action/Import Sector, and import the modifyed AFS file
click in Action/Scan For Corruptions

Não tenho ICQ, mas pelo que tou a ver não tens o ficheiro .afs seleccionado quando carregas no action.

Outra opção é "arrastares" o ficheiro para o programa.

Já tentaste arrastar?

Eu não tenho a ISO, por isso tou só a falar por memória, mas em principio deveria funcionar normalmente a partir do momento em que tens a iso aberta.

Talvez o mauras saiba melhor.
