Popups Tutorial Required !!!

its not a tutorial i need its a program... every time i use file manager it crashes, only program ive got to work properly is Bernd's tools
only 3 people know how to do it, & because my hint turned into a tool to allow noobs to do the most difficult edit in fifa, i will not share its knowledge.
im upset a tool for scoreboards was released, i gave out a hint in hope somebody would learn & continue to make scoreboards but once he gave his knowledge to everyone is when i stop hinting & helping in certain editing areas.
I will not release a pop up because my file will become a base which i will not allow, for once in this forum someone is gonna learn how to make it from scratch.

I understand the point, but I think that effort Rinaldo spent in developing in Creation Master, Internal Master, Fifa Master, Sound Master etc. And it's not only about blender, Gimp, Photoshop, but the C + +, VB.NET and I do not know in what still Rinaldo works . But I respect your decision as the developer of this project. Good luck in development

all the lad asked for was some help not all this????? if people don't want to help or release projects fine, but don't state that you can do some thing then not help.
i don't get this community its full of people back stabbing and demanding....ive come over from a pes community which was very friendly and helped people with problems, this one does not seem to (there is a few people who do and this rant isn't aimed at you).
And the quote that "people are lazy" makes me laugh, people are not lazy they just don't know where to start or how to hex or how to make a program, that's why they open threads like this for help or a tutorial so they can do there own work, and when people make great tools for people to use GREAT.
Great because it gives people who might not be good at hexing or modding a chance to make a scoreboard or boots or kits or any other item that makes Fifa or pes or any other game better and more enjoyable.
Isn't that the reason we all spend our own time doing this, none of us get paid or alot of the time get thanked........but we still do it WHY.......????

that sounds more like give me all the data so i can make a pop up more than it sounds like this is what i have found so far, but im stuck here what should i do.
the thread clearly states that he is just looking for someone to give him everything he needs to create the pop up.
its also obvious he has absolutely no clue what he needs to edit, beside the overlay.big files related to the popup.
please take the time to clarify for me timo how this is in any way a help question & how uzair asking for a tutorial (basically a you tell me everything to do direction (lazy way)) of making a pop up.
on top of that this aint your pes forum, sg is nothing but lazy give mes & people who steal others works, better read up buddy before you put your ass on the line for a community you know nothing about.

open the file & start looking & editing data like everyone else who has figured it, or you can wait on your hero anbseth & bernd to figure it out & release a tool for you tools.

As always the truth is in the middle. From one part editing popups and scoreboard require knowledge that go on editing hex files, understand the mechanism of fifa file system and so on, knowledge that few people here have.
I think if someone will post all the offset of files to edit popups max 1-2 editer will use that to make popups. Some other will wait for someone to do first popups, edit the graphics and some offset for text and release as own forgetting the hard work behind to search the right offset, test it in game and etc etc.
Btw you want to research? well. Popups is in overlays files (ui\game\overlays) like overlay_5003,4 etc for italian league popups (if I well remember). I totally agree with you, is my first year in issue from FIFA, and as you said, people who edit PES, just make the pleasure to help and share their work, unfortunately there is today that we see some people here with petty attitudes and selfish.
