poor defending and finishing

ive been aberdeen manager for 3 seasons now but in my 4th i lost 4-0 to dundee utd then 6-0 to celtic then beat gretna 4-2. my defensive is a shambles and the goals are slowly drying up.

Any ideas on how i can change this?????

Firstly, if there is a problem in defence and attack then it is down to your midfield. They are not protecting the back four or supplying enough ammo for your strikers.

Secondly, I wish you luck without resigning.

i decided to resign but the only job i could get out of league 2 was kilmarnock.

massive step down down im now battling st.mirren to not get relegated whilst mccleish has took aberdeen into 3rd.

I would never resign if my team is playing bad and my position in the club is secure...that's just stupid.
