I have the English/Denmark/Sweden version on Fifa 08 PC. I want the Polish commentary, does anyone own the Polish PC version? I think all I need is the
Polish Data Base File from C:~Fifa08/data/cmn/fe

Commentary is about 1 GB, no one will up that for you. You can change the on screen text with some kind of fix, but commentary will stay in English, unless you get the right version (if there is a polish one).
