I seen a video clip on the gameplay of this game and I was not impressed at all. Yeah FIFA games are much better than ISS3 IMO. Don't get it.

Is there anywhere you can download a demo for ISS2 PC??
ISS2 did come out on PC right??
Then there must be a demo.

Let alone the demo for ISS3....

Well, ISS2 did kinda come out for the PC but as World Soccer 2002 in Japan only. That game sucked to be honest. I d/l it and played about two games but it was lame compared to PES2 and WE2002.

As far as I've seen there are no demos available for ISS3 and I don't know where this "video" of the gameplay is so any links would be gratefully received.

You'd be better off d/l the ePSXe emulator and buying a copy of PES2 for the PSX and then wait to see if PES3 comes to the PC or save up for a PS2.
