ok you see, i downloaded this extra team, so ofcourse there was a fcdb_eng.dbi file yea. so then, when i overwrite it with the one i have, my other teams are gone (the other downloaded teams). how do i solve this matter?

if you deleted your fcdb file, then it's gone...
there's nothing you can do to recover this data (teams).

next time, make sure you backup everything before installing.
