CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL HOW TO ASK FOR MONEY FROM THE CHAIRMAN

it's terrible. I won Primera, Copa del Rey and Champions Cup twice in a row with Celta Vigo (FIFA MANAGER 06). my bank balance is over 100 million Euros but I only get 16 million for transfers. how can I ask for more money. it's really frustrating. i used to argue with the board of directors about transfer money and stadium expansion while I was playing Champ Manager, but now I'm helpless
