Please Help face problem

i made a flamini face and inserted into the afs with afs explorer, it shows up fine in editpesoptionfile as seen in my screen shot, but when i open the game it crashes when i get to flamini in arsenal, also in graphic studio the bmp of flamini does NOT show up, and it says invalid asf format or something, any ideas what is wrong or how to fix?

maybe i could send someone the bin file and see if it works, i have a little work left to do on the face also.

Oh it's a pallette problem then, no? Are you using it as a Special Face?
