Please Help!!!!!!!!!! CM07 Problem

I was importing The BPL patch and i don't know why but the computer restarted and after that i could not start the game and neither open FIFA 07 in CM 07.
After reinstallng FiFA 07 game is running fine But CM 07 is not opening FIFA 07. it gives the following error message.
