According to this thread you need to extract the database from data0.big with filemaster11. Run QuickBMS on the fifa.db, then it should open in DBM11.

Unfortunately FileMaster11 doesn't appear to work on any of my machines so I haven't been able to test it out. If anyone has success please report back as I'm very keen to investigate what is held in fifa.db

Thanks regularcat, got it working. If anyone else is having trouble, here's what I did.
Downloaded Texture Editor 12 and used it to open data0.big and then found and extracted fifa_ng_db.db and fifa_ng_db-meta.xml. A few error messages came up but I just clicked continue and ignored them.

Then I download DB Master 11 and opened the files without issue.

Export all tables from DBM 11 and then just you view those files once you have extracted them, rather than directly at the database file.

I do not understand. I extracted the db, for dbmaster11, not for texture publisher.
Do I have to extract for texture publisher? So that dbmaster11 the db opens fifa12 PC full? Because if it cannot?
Did you already manage to open the db of fifa12 full for dbmaster11? As far as I know it cannot.

Does anyone know how the squad update affects the database. Do the new values overwrite the old in the database, or are they stored separately? I'm interested to see what changes they made to a players ovr and potential.
