I have noticed that if the same players i play with in career mode they do not growth at the same rate if they are on AI side. What is the best way to grow players quickly? Even match rating with 8 consistently still doesn't help much. will appreciate some thoughts around ways to grow players quickly.

There are youth player growth values in the db tables, have you tried increasing those?
