is it true when u play a long game your players will get tired and start walking

Yes, but they seldom walk only when you run them dry of energy (stamina - the white power meter).. it's kinda good 'cause during career mode you'll have to rest fatigued players..

there is a 'condition' rating and 'morale' rating in the team management in careers - annoying but kool!!
