Players from Brazil and Rest of the World???

can someone please help me with a small problem that i have that is that i cant buy players from brazilian teams and from the rest of the world section...
There are a lot of good players in brazilian teams...
well i would apreciate if someone could help me

U can't do it in career mode because of a bug or just laziness

I know WTF is happening to EA? for what ill use the latin american clubs if i cant hant have at least the players??
and in player swaps i can't either

I no it sux. I am playing career mode as Man U and wanted to buy Luis Fabiano in the transfer window but couldnt. It really sux. Had to opt for Jermaine Defoe instead.

With FIFA DB Edit you can activate both leagues.

Just change the league type to 1. They are 5 by default.
