in season mode i got henrys stats up really high but at the end of my 5 years his skill went back to 94 , can this be avoided??

nope, your progress in carrer mode stays in carrer mode. i dont care about that, not a big deal, and also not fair to smaller teams since yo can play with them for five years and make the better and then have them better in the whole game, but that wouldnt be the same crappy team ;)
