Player losses texture after substitution and not invisible

When i make substitution some players lose textures....
example:
In manager mode i control Chelsea
In second half when i substitute Deco for Lampard or ballack,or even any other substitution , randomnly any one player loses texture and only the .o model is visible that is the player is all gray in color and some other player losses a piece of .o model and his head is half visible is this a glitch
for about 8 months i had no error but now this one....

P.S.-
When comp.(AI) makes substitutions this does not occur

U may hav used the fifa08 faces or bo0ts in ur fifa07...I hav the same problem as urs...

Yes I am using 2gf faces..And the same thing is happening with me..Is there a way to fix this problem...Would really appreciate a fix...

i also used fifa 08 boots and faces for my fifa but nothing like ths happend. This texture loss is because of something else

i know how 2 fix it...
u resize the image of any 2gk size that u have import to 1gk size....
u can use image resizer that i have post at my kits forums...

EXAMPLE:
2gk face:512 X 256 px Resize to 256 X 128 px...

it should work perfectly....
