So I pre-ordered PES6 and it was posted on 25/10. Usually my orders from Play.com take a week to arrive. However, for PES6, a whole one and a half weeks have passed yet it still hasn't arrived. Do any of you guys have any idea why it has taken longer than expected?

Yes, maybe they have lots of backorders! I also order PES5 one year ago and it took longer than 3 weeks so i cancelled. If you really want the game, pay couple of euro more and get at local gameshop.

They said I have to wait 14 days from the date that it was posted. Then they can refund my purchase or replace it. But I still don't understand why it took so long...

Mine was posted on the Wednesday and arrived on the Friday morning last week, so best get in touch with them.

its the supplyers they are having problems

i ordered from cdwow and they are 2 weeks late too

the companies expected the game but it did not come in time to ship to us thats all
