but we were desperate, and since supermarkets are the unsung heroes of low-priced games i popped down to the local morrisons, there and back in 25 minutes having bought PES for £20! this was on saturday, i was hacked off that it was posted on tuesday 23rd and failed to arrive at my house by the 27th - not coming on the day of release was bad enough!
was planning on sending the play.com copy back to them for shyte service and get refunded, but instead i flogged the game (still in shrink) to me neighbour for 20 quid
he doesn't care about the extra 2 quid, i mean cumon', you don't even get first-class delivery with play let alone arrival on the day of purchase!

I like this site a lot. Bought UCL 06-07 for PC from there since it didn't come out in the US. Came at my doorstep in maybe 6 or 7 days.

still not here!! In fact, now that I think about it I had the same problem with Bio Shock, that took ages to come but was during the mail strike. Funnily though when I ordered Dvds the came in 1 or 2 days. Play are **** for games!

Finally came to day and worth the wait!! I'm in love, haha!!
MInd you I've have hardly played pes 6 at all in last 6 months. So for the first time EVER have played a new pro evo game without having to go through a transition period. It's just like buying a brand new game, not an update!

I ordered my copy from hmv.co.uk and I was 95% sure it would come today, but now I am 100% sure it will come Monday...
