Toy Story, A Bug's Life, Toy Story 2, Monsters, Inc., Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Cars, Ratatouille...
They've gathered over 4 billion dollars together, they are superbly rated everywhere. Hell, they've won 5 Oscars! Are they really that good? What's so special about them? I mean they're just fucking G-rated cartoons after all! I remember I've seen some parts of Monsters, Inc. and A Bug's Life and they were absolutely nothing special...
And now there's that WALL·E coming...
I've got nothing against animation myself, I like Corpse Bride and The Night Before Christmas, as well as The Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin. I used to love Wolfgang Reitherman's Robin Hood.

and if you haven't seen the Pixar movies then you do have something against animation. their movies are for adults as much as they are for kids (Y)(Y)

hak is right. the pixar producers are geniuses and i'm not even talking about the animation part. their story-telling ability is engulfing.

Alright, I've watched WALL-E. It was good, it was quality, but it was nothing special. I wouldn't want to watch that movie for the second time. And it certainly not a masterpiece. The visual component is perfect, but there's nothing behind it.
Oh, and it's certainly for kids.
