Sebass is hardly a fanboy. He's a businessman. He releases the game for the system that will make him the most money. Ain't nothing wrong with that.

Back to the topic, WE will def come to 360. First the WE9 port, then the proper next-gen title, 99.999% also a port.

seabass isnt a business man - he would leave that to the people in marketing/sales etc surely.

I can bet Fifa 07 wont be a ps2 port

Xbox360 version to be a port of PS2 version, no I don't think so!


In one of the last shows I seen footage from Sony were talking about the PS3 and the new snake game for that new system, the guy from Sony said that the Xbox360 could easily handle the PS3's next-gen Snake game..

Now if Sony are saying that about there "lead" game for there PS3, then I don't see why Konami couldn't or wouldn't make PES6 for the Xbox360 I take it they would have had the 360's Devkits well before the PS3 ones, and if Sony are saying that there big hitter game Snake (whatever the end up calling it) would run just as easily on the 360 then a PES game developed on a 360 would run just the same on a PS3.

So there is no reason that konami would have to wait for the PS3 to launch the nextgen version of PES...

Why would a Sony man say that metal gear could easily run on the 360?? Furthermore why would he even put the words 360 in his mouth? :)

It wasn't a Sony guy, it was Kojima himself. That game is Metal Gear Solid and yes it could run on 360 but how it would run is a different thing.

Back to the point.

Believe it was Wolf who found a WE for x360 on play-asia coming this spring. That is not going to be a next-gen title. If indeed they're releasin that, it'll be a port of we9.

Based on KONAMI's history, the next-gen WE will start on ps3 with ports for all other platforms to follow.

Yeah, realistically I'd look at a next gen. PS3 release in Japan of WE10 in the late Summer/Fall along with a regular PS2 scaled down version for the Asian market. Followed by a PES6 XBox360/PS2/XBox/PC conversion a little later on for us Westerners!

Or March 2007 for us far-Westerners here in North America!

Not sure if the WE9 conversion for the 360 will happen given the crappy sales over in Japan and they sure as heck wouldn't bother releasing it just for us outside of Asia.

yes i agree with Wolf. I don't see WE9 coming for 360 unless Microsoft and konami sign an agreement or something. (A good chance for microsoft to raise it's sales in Japan)

Konami will release PES-360(yup thats the title) this summer for the Xbox360,it has been voted as the most anticipated game of 2006 -after oblivion i think -at a poll of the officialxbox360 mag.(uk) site.
