PES6 VSync Vista Problem Help

I've always thought this was a driver issue, and i've been waiting and already tried Catalyst 7.6 and 7.7 ... When finally 7.8 Came put yesturday, i was now 100% sure that its not a driver issue, ofcourse i've read that also people with nvidia cards are experiencing the same sh8 ... Anywho ... i have a 2900XT and an overclocked E6420 ...

Antialiasing and VSync worked fine on XP, but the game would never go over 640*480 resolution ... with Vista i am running the game fully fine on 1680*1050, but no vsync or antailising can be applied to the game ... I'm running Vista Ultimate X64-Bit, i think i've tried it on 32-Bit, its the same problem that occurs over and over again with Vista, is there a patch, was there a patch, can someone make a stupud patch to fix this problem ... its only PES6 that has this problem, Fifa and UEFA06/07 work perfectly fine ... this is really getting annoying, i wanna be able to play the game with vsync and 24X Antialising ... :D :D :D

It's a known problem. Vista uses v-sync differently then XP, so drivers still can't force v-sync. You could try 'force v-sync in Vista' in ATI Tray Tools, but then the game crashes with kitserver enabled.

I dont think the problem is related to a driver issue, nor is it related to Vista as an operating system ... Hence even nVidia cards experience the same problem ... and games other then Pro Evolution Soccer or Winning Eleven work perfectly fine when vsync is enabled or forced by driver ... :D

So there are no solutions to this problem at all, cant KONAMI release a patch that would allow the users to "TICK" vsync ... I mean they hardly put any work into the PC Version, all they do is freaken create an emulator that would run the PS2 version on PC and embody that into the game ...

I hate it when big companies act retarded ... The PC version should be a standalone version, it can be better then the PS3 and Xbox360 versions by far, since the release of DX10 not one single soccer or sport related game is using it to create rich, dynamic and interactive soccer experience ...
