City of Manchester stadium always crashes when I try to change my formation. Carrow Road and Amsterdam Arena don't work at all, and Hillsbrough makes the game crash sometimes too. Any way to fix these?

I've got the same problem with the CoMS, which is well disappointing as it's the one stadium i really want!! Fantastic patch aside from these (relatively minor) issues though!

Does anyone have a solution to the crashing stadia?
