PES5 patch problem

i have some question on patching since i'm not follow the pes patch news or update for a long period. i have search through the forum and superpatch 2.0 + 3.0 (or is there any updated patch i didn't know?) seems to be the best solution for me but the thing i've concern was the patch will change the background image and BGM which is the thing i doesn't want it to happen because i want them in original.

so my question will be, can i apply superpatch without having background image and BGM being change? or perhaps is there any other good solution for this?
