PES4 Option file --> WE8:I one?

Is it possible to convert the option from PES4 to WE8:I?
Its possible to convert from WE7 to WE8:I but I dont have WE7, I only have PES4....and i want to get back the correct names and some modified stats done by myself. is it possible?

The rosters of WE8:I are the same as PES4; also the sizes of both of the option files are the same.
But i cannot just change the name to KONAMI-WIN32WE8UOPT from the original one KONAMI-WIN32PES4OPT and put it in the folder1 of WE8:I...i have tried and it is regarded as no option file.

yep it would be cool if there was a converter to convert all files found in the save folder (replays,ML,formation,option file,ect)
does this tool exist?
