PES3 PC settings problem

I have a problem. I had to reinstall my XP and of course PES. Then I used settings.exe to change GFX and remap buttons but the game just ignores option.dat and uses default settings. Any solution for this?

I think you have to install the game in the default directory given in the setup - or the C drive, at the very least.

Also, there's a bug in the unpatched (1.0) version that stops Settings.exe from registering the changes in the game - either download the 1.10.2 patch or change the settings in-game.
