PES3 PC Framerate

What framerate is PES3 PC supposed to run at? I get 60fps on my game (I'm lucky, with my Geforce4 MX440) but it appears slightly fast. Also, my replays go at 60, i think it's supposed to be 30 or are the replays supposed to supaspeeded?
