Pes3 Hopes!

I have recently just bought a PS2 and PES2 after getting totally miffed because the only thing I could play before was FIFA on my PC.

The differance between the 2 games is astounding and if Konami could get the licensing it would just top it off!!

My main reason for this post is, as good as the pro evo series is there is one main area I hope it could be improved upon.

This is the cinematics area when events happen I.E Goal,Near miss situations, the series should look at ISS3 for this as they are heading in the right direction with some superb goal celebrations especially when the sideline elements get involved ie manager and subs, It really feels like you've done it for the entire team!!

Where as in pes you score a goal and either jog or hug like a bunch of homo's, totally unrealistic.

This is one of my main hopes for pes3 as well as licensing of course!

The graphics will be improved aswell i'm sure of that with more licensing comes more realistic faces and hopefully in later series what would be cool is a headshape and texture creator within the edit section of the game, so you can create your own faces.

Now that would be cool.

What other things do you think you'd like to see in later series??

My hopes for PES3 are the following:

Keep u the good work

Bring back realism a bit more (gameplay not too fast)

Improve a lot of small things which add to te atmosphere (like referee, linesmen and other things)

Solve the problems with the licences, we need that.

Improve sounds (chants like in PES)

I hope that the game will be more balanced than PES 2 (which is already good)

Keep away from EA (we don't need their cinematics)

My hope is on Konami and I think the future is bright

well here is what i would want for WE7i

better cinematics...like Nack said the players do look kinds queer when they hug cuz they do it a little to long...

better kit options...i don't know but the kits we are able to select know are kinda [email protected] better colors for when we edit the kits..has anyone noticed that when you edit flags they have way better colors than they do for kits?.. i mean the red is darker for flags than for kits...

also when you are playing sometimes when your player shoot's at goal they just stand there..they should be able to move quickly in case it rebounds off the keeper...

be able to put logos on all edited kits ..have a seperate option that says logos.. for exp.

of course instead of having it offical they should just have the fonts that look like the lettering that way u don't have to pay license...

also be able to make some 3-4 different types of flags that would go across the stadium...

be able to rename your stadium

way better commentating...

be able to edit ALL player names ...what i mean for is this...all names that are wrong including eternal england,classic brazil..etc.. but you would not be able to play with those players until you unlock them ..that way you don't have to edit it afterwards..just get it out of the way....

also for all the names that are wrong they should have a different color so we know which players we need to edit for example..

what is soo great about this game (unlike EA) is that we kan actually ask for more options instead of complaing about gameplay..Konami went the right direction by creating the gameplay 1st and know that its basically 90%(or more)great they can actually think about making other options while making a couple of tweaks in the gameplay....

Improved goal celebrations and better graphics are the most important things, definitely. Who needs gameplay when you can watch a scripted routine of some computer animation unfold before you every time a goal is scored?
