PES2008 online - cant join others in room

On PES2008 online (PC version) i cant get in someone elses room. Inviting also not working. My firewall is off. Anyone having an idea?

I am desperate as online function is the only reason i bought this game.

Go To Control Panel .network Options-local Area Connection -look For The One Disabled-go To Advance Then Tick The Box That Says Let Opp Players Play Or Something Like That
