No, unfortunatly ...there's gonna be a release from Konami for Pc :ISS 3. Maybe they will release a multiplataform PES 3, including PC, but we've got to wait untill the end of the year to taste it.

Only way to play PES2 on hte PC is to play the PS1 version on the ePSXe emulator. It runs perfectly but as it's only the PS1 version the graphics aren't great.
Million times better than FIFA though.
