PES1 latest X-port Option File??

I cunningly "forced" my nephew off Fifa and onto ISSPE2 when I got my PES. So when I visit him, we can play the same game. Now I have PES2, he's getting my old PES from me for xmas.

Does anyone have a latest update (faces, transfers etc.) for PES1, because I'd like to doctor the options file on his memory card for him.

If a very latest PES1 options file exists anywhere in x-port format, I'd be most grateful.
