The BETA of PES5 almost put me off it, thankfully they fixed the two things that pissed me off - super speed gameplay and too many fouls!!

FIFA 2005 is a decent game though and I'm glad EA made a leap this year otherwise there's nothing to pressure Konami into moving forward.

The stats in FM2006 are great but the problem is the conversion. They work on different algorithms and have different combinations to come to certain stats.

If all the cateogries were the same it would be easy.

Yeah, this is a tough one. It's a case of being inclusive and filling in the missing players that Konami left out or leaving the database as it is.

Either way is gonna annoy some people. PESFan have created very realistic stats for new players in their option file for the PS2 so I'll look at the stats for the new players from that rather than converting everybody to FM2006 stats or whatever.

That's another chance and it would be great also.

But it's gonna be good until the next transfers

I remember that your early PES4 patches had the regular stats for existing players and FM stats for the created players only. I think it would be perfect like that.

Imagine you receiving the game. You install it thinking "after one game I write the review in the forum"... But remember that this is addictive. It gonna take hours before hi disconects himself from the pads.

No it's the standart team. But they updated the database a way to the demo. For example Robinho is at Real Madrid's squad.

The big problem playing online in konami servers... I fear...

Shall we be able to play PES5 with our patches (Wolf+FCH/WEndetta/...) in their servers?
Or will they allow gamers ONLY to play with the "default" option file?

If it's a restricted area... well i prefer to play IP vs IP again.
